How Qovira handles personal and business data
Last updated: April 16, 2026
Overview
Qovira is a WhatsApp-first sales orchestration platform. We help businesses send documents, manage customer decisions, and coordinate sales workflows through WhatsApp and related portal tools.
Information we collect
We may process account details, company information, branch details, customer contact information, salesperson details, document payloads, message activity, conversation events, payment events, and technical diagnostics needed to run the service.
How we use information
We use this information to provide messaging services, generate and deliver documents, manage onboarding, secure accounts, process billing, maintain audit history, troubleshoot service issues, and improve platform reliability.
WhatsApp and third-party services
Qovira integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and payment providers such as PayFast. Information required to send messages, validate webhooks, or process payments may be shared with those providers as part of normal service operation.
Data security
We use access controls, secret protection, webhook verification, tenant isolation, and related security practices designed to protect account and operational data.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain operational records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes or service issues.
Your responsibilities
Customers using Qovira are responsible for ensuring they have the right legal basis, permissions, and notices required to send business communications to their contacts and customers.
Contact
For privacy-related questions, data requests, or concerns about how Qovira is used in your workspace, contact the Qovira support team through the business contact details supplied during onboarding.
